Stop building reports. Build the agent that builds them.

Modern data analytics, taught the way it's actually done in 2026 — SQL and Power BI as the foundation, AI agents and automated workflows on top. You'll ship a working pipeline in two evenings.

This is session 2. You'll build the agent that does this.

The job changed. Most courses didn't.

Same question. Two very different afternoons.

"Why did revenue drop in the South last quarter?" Here's what answering it costs, before and after.

time to answer
3 days

Export, clean, pivot, chart, format, send. Then someone asks a follow-up question.

who can ask
Only you

Every question in the company routes through your inbox and waits its turn.

when data updates
Redo it all

The report is a snapshot. It's out of date the moment you hit send.

your day
Fetching

Most hours go to pulling numbers, not deciding what they mean.

time to answer
40 seconds

The agent reads the question, writes the query, runs it and explains the result.

who can ask
Anyone

Sales, ops, your manager — they ask in plain English and get a real answer.

when data updates
Refreshes itself

The workflow runs on schedule and pings the team when something moves.

your day
Deciding

You design the system and interpret the output. That's the part that gets paid.

The main build

One workflow, five pieces. Click any of them.

By the end of Day 2 this is running on your machine, on your own data.

You already work with data. Just the slow way.

Pick what you do now. See what the same work looks like once an agent does the fetching.

Right now

You rebuild the same monthly MIS by hand. VLOOKUP, copy, paste, format, mail. Three days gone, and it's stale by the time it lands.

After this workshop

A workflow pulls, cleans and refreshes it on schedule, and an agent answers the follow-up questions before they reach you. Your three days come back.

Right now

Reconciliations and variance reports live across twelve tabs. One wrong filter and nothing ties — and you find out in the review meeting.

After this workshop

Pandas matches the ledgers in seconds and the agent explains where the variance came from, not just that it exists.

Right now

You know the campaign worked. You can't prove which channel, city or offer did the work — so budget meetings turn into opinion contests.

After this workshop

Spend against conversions, sliced live. Ask "which city had the best ROAS in October?" and get the number while you're still in the meeting.

Right now

Attrition, the hiring funnel and headcount sit in three separate files, and every leader quotes a different number from a different one.

After this workshop

One dashboard that refreshes itself, plus a Monday-morning summary that sends on its own. You own the number instead of chasing it.

Right now

Your resume says "MS Excel, good communication skills." So does every other resume in that pile of four hundred.

After this workshop

A live dashboard and an AI agent you built, linked at the top. Interviewers click it — and you have ten minutes of real material to talk about.

Right now

Every analytics course opens with "assuming you're comfortable with Python," which is exactly the assumption you can't make.

After this workshop

This starts at zero, and AI closes the syntax gap. You describe what you want; you learn to check, fix and understand what comes back.

Not slides. Deliverables.

Three things you'll walk away with

project 01

A self-refreshing dashboard

Regional sales in Power BI, connected to a live source so it updates without you.

  • Clean the raw file with Pandas
  • Model it properly
  • Publish and share a link
project 02

An agent that answers in English

Ask a question in plain language, get SQL, results and an explanation back.

  • Connect the agent to your data
  • Write the system prompt
  • Catch the answers it gets wrong
project 03

A report that sends itself

A scheduled workflow that runs the numbers and pushes a summary to email or WhatsApp.

  • Trigger on a schedule
  • Summarise with AI
  • Alert only when it matters

Why the hiring hasn't slowed down.

12.5 Lakh

data and AI professionals India is projected to need by 2027

6 Lakh

the size of that talent pool in 2022

What you'll walk away knowing

Six things, covered properly, instead of sixty covered in passing.

Cleaning data that arrives broken

Missing values, duplicates, dates in four formats — handled with Pandas, not by hand.

Asking a database a question

SQL from the first SELECT to joins and grouping. Enough to pull any number you're asked for.

Dashboards people actually open

Power BI from a blank canvas, and which charts answer questions versus just look busy.

Wiring up an AI agent

Give a model access to your data safely, and write the prompt that makes it reliable.

Checking what AI gets wrong

The failure modes, and how to verify a generated query before anyone acts on it.

Where the jobs are

Which roles hire beginners, what the JD is really asking for, and how to apply without a referral.

The full two days

Both sessions are live and hands-on. Keep a laptop open — you'll be building alongside. Tap any session to see what's inside.

Day 1 — Foundations

about 3 hours, live
What analysts actually do all day+

Real questions from Amazon and Netflix teams, and the work that answers them. Plus an honest look at which parts of that work AI has already taken, and which parts it has made more valuable.

Where Excel stops being enough+

The exact point your spreadsheet breaks — row limits, broken links, no version history — and what you reach for instead.

Cleaning real data with Python and Pandas+

A genuinely messy sales file, fixed live: duplicates, missing regions, three date formats, numbers stored as text. You'll follow along on your own machine.

Career questions, answered live+

Roles, salary bands, and what to do about your specific background. Bring the awkward questions.

Day 2 — Agents & automation

about 3 hours, live
Recap and tonight's plan+

Where we left the data, and what it's about to become.

SQL, then the agent that writes it+

SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY written by hand first — because you can't check an agent's work if you can't read it. Then we hand the same job to an AI agent and compare.

Dashboard + automated workflow+

Build the Power BI report, then wire the whole chain together so it runs on a schedule and sends its own summary.

Your 90-day roadmap + Q&A+

What to learn next, in what order, which projects to build for your portfolio, and where to apply once you have them.

Shiva spends his working week turning raw data into decisions companies act on — which is why the workshop is built around a real pipeline rather than slides. He mentors in Python, Excel and data-driven decision-making, and teaches the way he works: open the file, start typing, explain each decision as it happens, including the ones that go wrong.

Quick questions

Is it really free?

Yes, completely. No card, no fee at any point. Register, join both sessions, done.

If AI writes the SQL, why learn SQL?

Because agents get queries wrong, and confidently. Day 2 teaches you to read and fix what the agent produces — that's the difference between someone who uses AI and someone companies hire to supervise it.

I've never written a line of code. Can I keep up?

Yes. We start with Excel logic you already recognise and move up from there, one step at a time. AI closes a lot of the syntax gap; the workshop teaches the judgement it can't.

Will you share a recording?

No. It's a live, hands-on session and we don't record it, so please block both slots before registering. If you can only make one day, come to Day 1 — Day 2 builds directly on it.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes, on completing both days. It's issued within 48 hours of the second session.

What do I need ready?

A laptop and stable internet. We'll email free tool setup steps the day before — about fifteen minutes of work, and nothing paid.

I'm from a non-tech background. Is this for me?

It's who the workshop is mostly built for. Commerce, arts, operations, sales — analytics hires from all of them, and none of it needs a computer science degree.

Two evenings. Three projects. One free seat.

Free, live, and built for people starting from zero.
