Altercase Tech is a software development company that develops inventory management and supply chain management software. It has developed 3 package softwares that it sells directly to customers, which are mainly medium-sized businesses. 

However, it also has a premium service where it develops software that caters to a client’s particular needs i.e. commission software. Its products and services are fairly competitive on a price point but its reach is not wide enough. Even though its prices are lower than the market standard for such software, it is unable to attract many clients. It realized that its brand wasn’t being marketed correctly, which brought about such a low customer base. The firm sought to increase lead generation, establish thought leadership, and expand its market reach in the tech industry.
