Refund Policy

We understand the importance of clarity when it comes to refund policies. Please take note of the following terms and conditions regarding refunds for our programs:

All courses, crash courses, and programs offered by Jobaaj Learnings are covered by a strict No Refund Policy.
Regardless of whether a participant has viewed any lectures or engaged in the community, no refunds will be provided.
Jobaaj Learnings reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify any course, crash course, or program, including changes to the mentor.
Once a program has commenced, no refunds will be issued, even if the course timeline is extended.
Jobaaj Learnings may revise the terms and conditions of this policy without prior notice.
Refunds will not be granted due to technical challenges, such as difficulties using the Learning Management System (LMS), network issues, or video buffering, experienced from the participant's end.

Cancellation of E-Mandate:

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

Log in to your Jobaaj Learnings account.
Navigate to Settings .
Go to Transactions.
Click on Cancel Mandate.

After completing these steps, your subscription will be successfully cancelled, and no further amount will be deducted.

Note: Jobaaj Learnings does not offer refunds for any courses or programs. If you wish to discontinue your learning, remember to cancel your mandate before the recurring date using the steps outlined above.
