Nomads Agency is a boutique travel company that specializes in luxury tours. It plans high-class and enjoyable excursions for interested individuals across the country. With its diverse offerings at fairly competitive prices, Nomads Agency is a hit.

It has a loyal following that refers them actively and its trips receive excellent ratings. From students to professionals, its following encompasses a diverse group of people who are willing to pay the premium price for its trips. However, Nomads Agency’s growth is stagnating.

Its new user subscription is declining and revenue growth has plateaued. Its business metrics seem fine as raising prices would prove to be detrimental to its business slogan of “pocket-friendly trips”.
