Outkart is a mid-sized e-commerce company specializing in outdoor gear such as tents, rucksacks, gloves, ropes, etc. Although the company offers high-quality products that are loved by its customers, its online presence is almost negligent, thereby limiting its brand customers served and geographic location.
Considering the online market’s untapped potential, the growth opportunities, and the company’s lack of know-how in the field, it decided to avail external assistance. Thus, it approached our digital marketing agency, seeking to enhance its online presence, boost sales, and expand its customer base.
CHALLENGES FACED:-
- Low Online Visibility: Despite offering quality products, struggled to rank prominently in search engine results. Its website was on the fourth or fifth page of the search results, leading to low organic traffic.
